With solicitors facing increasing competition, many firms are looking to differentiate the quality of their practice by seeking accreditation ¬†from Lexcel, the Law Society’s Standard for excellence in practice management and client care. This quality mark covers seven areas of business management, including client care and in this area it is a requirement for practices to have procedures in place to monitor client satisfaction.
